At Bunks, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for our property partners. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services, wallet loads, and subscription plans.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Bunks for subscription plans, check-in fees, and wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Subscription Fees: Fees paid for monthly or annual subscription plans are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period.
  • Wallet Loads: Credits purchased for your Bunks Wallet ("Credits") are for use within the platform and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded to your bank account or original payment method.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in the following specific and exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our platform (e.g., double billing for the same transaction).
  • Service Unavailability: If a critical service you paid for was completely unavailable for an extended period due to an issue on our end, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or service credit.

All requests for refunds under these circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Refunds are not guaranteed and are at Bunks' sole discretion.

3. No Chargebacks

You agree not to issue a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card issuer for any payment made to Bunks. Doing so may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account and legal action to recover lost funds and associated fees.

4. Promotional Credits & Coupons

Promotional credits or bonuses awarded via coupons or special offers:

  • Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.
  • Bunks reserves the right to expire, modify, or revoke promotional credits at any time without prior notice.
