1. Nature of Service
Bunks (bunks.app) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing digital tools for property management, check-ins, and guest engagement.
We do not sell physical products. As such, there is no physical shipping or delivery involved in the purchase or use of our services.
2. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment for a subscription plan or wallet load (top-up):
- Immediate Access: Your account balance or subscription status will be updated immediately.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS/RCS notification acknowledging the transaction.
- Dashboard Availability: All purchased credits and features become instantly available for use within your Bunks Dashboard.
3. Issues with Delivery
If you have completed a payment but do not see the credits reflected in your account within 15 minutes, please contact our support team immediately. Note that Bunks is not responsible for delays caused by banking networks or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
